Description
How do I know which size cup is right for me?
While most women can comfortably wear either size of the cup, we want you to find the best fit for your body and flow. Small is best if you have not given birth and you do not have light bladder leaks. Medium is best for those who’ve given birth or have light bladder leaks. When in doubt, opt for Small, and if for any reason you aren’t happy with the product or the fit, please reach out to us and we’ll make it right. For additional information on how to use a menstrual cup, visit Blood & Milk.

It’s safe and easy. Clear instructions are included on the leaflet provided. And if you are still unsure then watch a couple of YouTube videos. Only reason I chose to switch to a cup is boz it is eco-friendly. I wish i could have known about menstrual cups sooner. Go for it without a second thought!! Saved a lot of money on pads..Also no worry of rash on thigh gap
